We represent injured clients in all manner of personal injury claims including those arising from automobile collisions, pedestrian and bicycle accidents, dog bites and injuries, general liability matters, as well as those arising out of instances of sexual abuse, sexual assault, rape, and sexual harassment. We are passionate about our work seeking justice for injury victims.
Beyond seeking justice, themes of community safety, accountability, and fairness drive our advocacy. When individuals are hurt through no fault of their own, Harriman Law provides the effective legal advocacy that injury victims need and deserve.
Mike advises and represents injured clients in all manner of personal injury claims including instances of sexual abuse, sexual assault, and sexual harassment. In addition to his work with victims, Mike represents clients who have been seriously injured in automobile collisions, including those injured as pedestrians and bicyclists, injured by dog bites and collisions, in premises liability matters, and in instances of professional malpractice.
Mike’s success includes the resolution of many multiple six figure personal injury matters. Mike has secured life changing outcomes for victims of sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment, automobile negligence, traumatic brain injury, malpractice, and wrongful death.
Mike has been recognized for his work on behalf of Massachusetts injury victims by Super Lawyer’s Magazine which named him a rising star amongst all Massachusetts personal injury lawyers in 2015, 2016, and 2017.
Mike has a deep affinity for the places he has previously lived, including Charleston, South Carolina, and the island of Tortola in the British Virgin Islands. In his free time, Mike can be found visiting the beaches of New England with his wife and daughter, indulging in Boston’s rich and vibrant music scene, or exercising at his local gym in the Jamaica Plain neighborhood of Boston.
Mike doesn’t always work like other lawyers. Always standing at his desk, and always personally accessible to his clients and colleagues, he never loses his sense of humor while litigating, a trait that helps him form personal connections with his clients and one that goes a long way toward getting things done. He enjoys building relationships with his clients and deeply values building a referral based injury practice founded upon results, trust, and a common bond with his clients.
