Attorney Wes Stoker

Wes is a passionate trial attorney with experience in complex litigation, personal injury, and employment cases.  Wes’ practice is focused on advocacy for the vulnerable, the oppressed, and the disenfranchised.  He has a strong sense of justice and a drive to take on the most powerful opponents in the toughest cases.  Wes is inspired to do his part to help regular people stand up to big corporations, powerful insurance companies, and perpetrators of sexual violence and abuse. Using both his legal and life experience, Wes works tirelessly with his clients, so as best to communicate their story to the jury.

Wes has represented clients in a number of high-profile civil rights, sexual assault, sexual abuse, personal injury, and employment matters, filed in both State and Federal Court. This experience has allowed him to gain the skill and knowledge necessary to meet the needs of his clients and secure multiple six figure verdicts and settlements on their behalf.

Wes is a Wyoming native.  After receiving his undergraduate degree from University of Wyoming, he moved to Massachusetts to pursue a law degree.  Wes graduated cum laude from New England Law | Boston in 2014.  While in law school, Wes interned with Gerry Spence and the nationally renowned trial attorneys of The Spence Law Firm.  There he developed his common-sense approach to the law and learned to do everything necessary to fight for his clients in the pursuit of justice.  Armed with this philosophy, Wes strives to provide his clients with outstanding, effective, and compassionate representation.  During law school, Wes also gained an intimate knowledge of the Massachusetts trial court system interning for the Hon. Peter Lauriat in the Superior Court.  Wes lives in Braintree with his wife.  Coming from Wyoming, Wes has a profound love of the outdoors and enjoys exploring the most remote areas of New England in his spare time.
